Manchester, United Kingdom Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

The post holder will work in the ICT storeroom ensuring the trust asset lifecycle is followed and assets are properly recorded and available for ICT staff. Additionally, the post will be involved in imaging devices, doing hand overs with end users, basic IT troubleshooting of faults and delivery of assets when required.

The post entails managing their own time and ensuring a high level of accuracy when recording and preparing devices. There is also contact with staff from a variety of disciplines and professions both internally and externally to the Trust. The above therefore requires good communication and technical skills to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.

This is a busy and demanding role, which will involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:

- Responding to incoming customer queries and requests by telephone, live chat and online portal
- Working through issues relating to Outlook and MS Teams
- The creation of NHS Registration Authority Accounts and Smartcards including identity evidence checking
- Liaison with technicians and other IM&T staff in respect of the progression of IT User requests
- Supporting the creation of guidance and process documentation
