Location: Manchester office 3 days per week, 2 days remote working

Hours: Mon to Fri 7.5hrs/day start between 8am and 9.30am

The opportunity:


We're currently searching for a Digital Project Manager who can bring energy to our creative studio, motivate, and inspire the team to learn, develop and grow. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs smoothly from brief through to launch.


This is an exciting role for anyone who wants to work at the heart of a digital delivery and project management environment for a digital agency with 10 years history and an excellent client portfolio. The role is focused on project management, traffic management, planning and resourcing of work for our clients.


You will need to be confident in your ability to make the complex easy to understand and hold technical conversations with ease. With your excellent communication skills, you will build strong long-lasting relationships with your clients.


As a Digital Project Manager, you naturally have a solid understanding of all things digital, a passion for collaboration and problem solving. You can demonstrate the ability to lead teams whilst maintaining a strong control of a range of workstreams and progress, ensuring the work delights clients.

Requirements


  • 3 - 5+ years related digital project management experience in a digital agency or digital marketing team position.
  • Experience of traffic management and prioritising requirements in-line with associated deadlines to maximise productivity.
  • The ability to manage a diverse workload and effectively prioritise your own time.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and managing design and development teams.
  • A strong understanding of digital, including website design, development, UX, social media, and CMS platforms. We are Content as a Service specialists; Contentful, Prismic and Storyblok.
  • Relevant creative production experience and previous strong background in delivering digital products and websites.
  • Manage the full project life cycle: kick-off meetings; scoping; resourcing plans; stakeholder management; delivery; deployment and on-going support.
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Financially literate 
  • Strong sense of organisation, ownership and responsibility and prioritisation skills
  • Technically minded in nature. We don’t need you to be able to code but you should be able to speak confidently with designers and developers.
  • Be able to work with the senior team members to improve processes and business operations.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and assertiveness. 
  • A positive attitude and a fun persona.
