My client based in Poole is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team.

You will look after the Full Health and Safety services across the organisation to ensure all policies and practices are followed.

Travelling to different sites along the South Coast, you will be responsible for ensuring RAMS are being followed and up to date across each site.

**Duties**:

- Ensuring all team members are compliant and the company matrix is updated on a regular basis.
- You will be reviewing and populating CPP and RAMs ensuring team are fully aware of the obligations set out.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all employees are up to date with H&S Compliance/training and delivering such information
- To complete the H&S Onboarding for new employees to ensure they are aware of the companies obligations
- You will be responsible for completing the annual renewal for accreditations

**Experience/Knowledge Required**:

- Have experience working within a construction/Building Industry
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Be a strong communicator
- Be able to handle pressure
- Strong knowledge and understanding of environmental and health and safety and legal framework
- Be able to foresee a risk and acting to prevent injuries
