QSHE Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QSHE Manager to join our team at Aspire Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our management system, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve it, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the management system and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Carry out risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH support.
  • Monitor and report on QSHE performance and provide feedback to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and maintain the business integrated Management system to underpin QSHE and operating standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous QSHE Managerial experience.
  • Recognised safety and environmental qualification (diploma level or equivalent).
  • Auditor's qualification and experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 18001.
  • NEBOSH diploma in occupational Health & Safety Level 3 (preferred).
  • NVQ Level 4/5 Occupational Safety and Health practice.

This is a key role within our business, and the successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, think clearly, and act decisively. They will also be a good listener, have good problem-solving skills, and be a great communicator who is a team player.
