**Estates and Facilities Coordinator**
- Salary between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience _
**Job Overview**
- Permanent position - Full time 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- Office based in Fareham with travel required on occasion
- The role will cover both residential and commercial property coordination as a support function to the Facilities Manager
- The role will require interaction with members of staff, tenants, contractors and visitors, so you will be required to be approachable, good at communicating and work well with others
**Reporting to**
Facilities Manager
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Booking in maintenance and repairs as required
- Investigate and diagnose repairs to efficiently prepare a trades person to carry out the repair
- Contract management for residential and commercial property portfolio in conjunction with the Facilities Manager
- Maintain an understanding of facilities of key commercial properties as part of property portfolio
- Uphold the standards of both residential and commercial properties as part of property portfolio
- Maintain good record keeping

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fareham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
