Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established Manufacturing Business located in East Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
**£25,000 plus excellent benefits**

**Role responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Process purchase ledger and general invoices
- Perform inter-company reconciliations
- Monitor and alter recording of credit notes log
- Post down payment requests on the system
- Generation of elf billing reports
- Look into resolution for any invoices which have been blocked
- Respond to internal and external queries and devise resolution to any issues
- Calculate accruals for missing payments of invoices and post accruals
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships
- Allocate direct debit payments
- Request any direct debit missing invoices
- Process credit card payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers

**Person specification**:

- At least 6 months experience working in a Purchase Ledger role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to work in a supportive team manner
- Must be a self-starter/completer
- Good IT skills; MS Office inc Excel
