**About Our Client**:
This Media company that are based in Bristol are looking for a Purchase Ledger Coordinator/Accounting Assistant on a part time basis until December 2024.

The key responsibilities Purchase Ledger Coordinator/Accounting Assistant:

- Matching, checking and coding invoices ensuring the correct controls are in place.
- To input purchase orders and invoices into the accounting system.
- To maintain the digital supplier files.
- To reconcile supplier statements
- To prepare a weekly payment schedule
- To reconcile and input the monthly credit card statements
- To be first contact for all purchase ledger enquiries
- To raise inter company sales invoices
- VAT analysis.
- Managing petty cash and crew expenses.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Purchase Ledger Coordinator/Accounting Assistant:

- Previous purchase ledger experience essential
- Previous Purchase Ledger cycle knowledge essential in compliance with audit standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy an essential pre requisite
- Ability to work between multiple productions
- Enthusiastic
- Good telephone manner
