Duration: 2 weeks

**Salary**: £10-£11 per hour + holiday pay

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing invoices onto the purchase ledger system
- Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
- Communicating with other departments to ensure timely processing of invoices
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
