Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create, lead, and develop an external and internal marketing and a clear communications strategy, ensuring it is implemented effectively.
- Create and deliver promotion campaigns, from start to finish.
- Manage our multiple social media channels and eMarketing campaigns, ensuring a regular flow of exciting, engaging, relevant and positive content.
- Work closely with our eCommerce Team to support our digital strategy including SEO, website and PPC.
- Write and deliver relevant and engaging content to our 350-strong workforce to improve engagement and brand/product awareness.
- Produce in-house promotional designs and videos to be used throughout the business.
- Manage advertising budgets, to ensure maximum value from traditional and digital campaigns
- Review and enhance instore marketing and customer experience
- Facilitate and manage internal and external promotional events.

Skills and Attributes we’re looking for:

- Experience in a marketing role including traditional and digital marketing (minimum 3 years).
- Willing and able to take a hands-on approach. We are not looking for someone who just wants to outsource it all, but is willing to get out and about on our site.
- Competence in systems including Windows, Adobe Suite, Canva, Wordpress and Office.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to plan and distribute workloads for self and others.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess excellent organisational skills and good time management.
- Must be self-driven, genuine with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and clear focus.
