**Purchasing Support Administrator**
Our client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Support Administrator to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who service some of the UK’s major builders inthe Midlands, Southwest, and Wales regions.
**Key Responsibilities of the **Purchasing Support Administrator**:
- Check order processor inputting against window and door schedules to ensure accuracy of inputting
prior to ordering.
- Log any inputting or scheduling errors into amendment log.
- Follow up inputting or scheduling errors through to completion prior to ordering.
- Order frames and glass on a daily basis to suit fitting dates as per ONYD spreadsheets and t-card
- Update ONYD spreadsheets and t-cards with ordering and delivery date information.
- Order site measured items to suit delivery dates as agreed with Purchasing Manager and/or
Installations Manager.
- Amend any delivery dates with suppliers based on installation date changes.
- Log order acknowledgements onto ONYD spreadsheets and t-card.
- Collate fitters paperwork once ordered for Installations Manager.
- Upload any applicable remake orders as advised by the Purchasing Manager.
- Any other duties within the office as requested by the Purchasing Manager and/or Managing Director
