The post holder will work as an essential member of the Prevention Recovery Wellbeing service and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality service.
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams and support services within standard administrative and/or reception procedures.
- Contribute to the planning and development of the service/department as a member of the team.
- Work closely with the team to gain the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for the role.

The main duties of the role will include
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers
- Recording meeting minutes
- Covering reception
- Provide information to clients regarding the service offer available.
