We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Administrative Assistant to work within our busy admin team to provide admin and secretarial support to our Bridlington Mental Health Team. The successful applicant will undertake administrative/ secretarial and reception duties including direct contact with patients, carers and staff members. They will also provide support and guidance to other members of the administration team.
- Part time position, 9am - 5pm Wednesday - Friday
- Working within a supportive, friendly team.
- Training, development and regular supervision provided.
- Flexibility required for absence/annual leave cover when required.

Main duties will be typing clinical letters, diary management and booking appointments for consultants, processing referrals using the patient administration system (Lorenzo), general administrative & reception duties. Being the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to deal with a range of queries. You will also be able to act on your own initiative and project a professional image at all times. Providing support and supervision of band 2 administrative staff members is also required.
