**An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Coordinator with experience of **working within a Facilities Maintenance, Construction or Building Services environment. A fantastic and pivotal role, providing support to a Facilities Engineering Team.**

**Our Opportunity**

Utilising you previous experience as a Facilities Maintenance, Construction or Building Services Administrator / Coordinator, you will support the Facilities Engineering Team in the delivery of projects and facilities related tasks as required. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Producing Project Management Plans
- Work Package Compliance,WBS & Family Trees
- Schedule Management (GANTT, etc)
- Creation of Risk registers, business cases and RAID Logs
- Taking minutes and actions from Project reviews
- Producing Project reports and metrics
- Engagement with Work package leads including HSE, Security, IS, in chasing up tasks, actions and costs
- Engagement with external suppliers for quotes costs and programmes
- Project and support tasks as requested by the Facilities Engineering Team
- Support Energy Management tasks as required.
- Raising of purchase requisitions for the Facilities Engineering Team
- Producing Finance reports
- Project specific
- Drawing Management and document control

**About you**:
You will have proven experience as an Administrator / Coordinator, working within a Facilities Maintenance, Construction or Building Services environment. A customer focussed team player with demonstrable experience of facilities management practices and processes gained within a fast moving customer facing, multi-stakeholder corporate environment. Motivated and organised self-starter, capable of working on own initiative with a high level of integrity to deliver multiple detailed tasks.

- Clear and demonstrable experience within Facilities / Project Management environment, with excellent people management skills and the ability to influence and challenge others.
- Team player who can interface at all levels within an engineering and manufacturing company, and who can operate successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good understanding of Project Management Standards, processes and procedures
- Ability to work professionally and constructively within a team environment providing advice and consultancy.
- Is a self-starter, capable of working on own initiative with a high level of integrity.
- A confident communicator, resourceful and proactive, ensuring adequate quality and timely delivery.
