The NI Sport Forum is seeking a skilled and experienced facilities management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mary Peters Track and Red Pavilion.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities Management Contract Coordinator.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in facility management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, facilities, and equipment to ensure the effective running of both sites. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and overseeing maintenance and repairs.

A key aspect of this role is to promote the Mary Peters Track and Red Pavilion as a leading athletics venue in Northern Ireland, through events, marketing, and community engagement.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to achieve our goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

About the Role

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is based at the NI Sport Forum's offices in Belfast. The successful candidate will be expected to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events and meetings.
