Job Title: Mechanical Contract Manager Position

Parr Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Mechanical Contract Manager to oversee the entire mechanical contract process, from award to completion. This role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all projects meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, monitoring resources, and providing regular updates to senior management. Travel may be required to work with clients and partners across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of mechanical contracts, from award to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor resources, and provide regular updates to MD.

Requirements:
  • City & Guilds level 2&3 mechanical engineering qualification.
  • Full driving license.
  • GAS Safe registered, domestic & commercial.
  • OFTEC registered.
  • Valid site supervisor card.

Salary: £62,500 per annum, depending on experience.
