Medical Workforce Administrator

The role will involve working closely with the SLE team for all medical and dental staff within the Single Lead Employer Project.
To be considered for this role you will need to be an organised individual ideally with experience of recruitment and selection within the NHS.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly gain and maintain credibility and rapport with managers and staff across the organisation. You will also need well-developed interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver under the pressure of organisational and departmental priorities.
The Adminstrator will play a key role as first point of contact for the Single Lead Employer team, working closely with the team to administer and support coordination of recruitment and rotations for all medical and dental staff within the Single Lead Employer Project.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
