You will manage the administrative process of on-boarding a new franchise partner, supporting the Franchise Development Manager and liaising with the necessary teams/staff to ensure all the tasks and roles are completed effectively to provide the best service to our new franchise partners. Part of this will include managing our third-party relationships regarding communications.

In addition, as part of the franchise team, you will be actively involved in the support of ad-hoc franchise projects and development initiatives, playing a key role in supporting the Franchise Team.

The role gives a solid and varied grounding in the company and franchising in general, and suits someone who likes to keep busy and is keen to grow and develop an already varied skillset.

**What you’ll be doing**

The role will include general administrative tasks such as diary and calendar management, filing, creating and updating process documentation, maintaining records and management of digital assets, including the production of reports and heat maps to support business reviews, and all invoices and tracking of these.

You will also take administrative responsibility for all franchise related events, organising the team to deliver events of a high quality. This includes setting up and tidying rooms pre and post meetings, meeting and greeting franchisees and speakers, and supporting collateral creation for the events.

You will be the first point of contact for group inbox, logging, managing and handling customer enquiries and low-level complaints.

**Desirable**
- CRM experience
- Worked as part of a sales teaM/First point of contact / receptionist / cold calling
- An understanding of and a commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to accept ownership of an issue and to methodically progress an issue to a conclusion
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
- Worked with Franchise Partners (franchisees) or Business owners
- General franchising knowledge

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
