We are offering an opportunity for a confident and competent
CRM
Administrator to join our established Support Team based in Winchester to provide high levels of support to the business whilst delivering excellent customer service.


Key purpose of the Role


Provide database administration support to the Group whilst adhering to GDPR guidelines and maintain the integrity of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.


Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the administration processes to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.


Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved and that action is taken to observe compliance and Group Database Policy.


Strive to achieve a consistently high standard of database communication by following all documented operating policies as set by the Group.


Accountabilities

  • Undertake database cleansing tasks within set deadlines to assist customers updating their GDPR preferences.
  • Extraction of customer data for Marketing purposes whilst adhering to GDPR guidelines at all times.
  • Management of manufacturer marketing systems to ensure compliance with Brand Standards.
  • Processing and updating all returned marketing material onto company databases and any other database used across the wider company.
  • Provide daily database administration support to all retailers and customers
  • Analysis, reporting, cleansing and field population of business databases
  • Work with functional colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the department
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required to ensure the successful operation of the group
  • Promote, at all times, the Marshall culture of quality and excellence and deliver the Marshall experience

Skills & Experience required for the job

  • IT Literate
  • Advanced competency in the use of Excel
  • Have a keen eye for data accuracy and show attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work and adaptive to thrive in a changing environment
  • High level of selfmotivation to ensure all tasks are seen through to completion
  • Knowledge of GDPR would be beneficial

Hours of Work
This is a permanent
full time role with the working pattern being:
Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm with 1 hour (unpaid) lunch
