This specialist travel company is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and artwork for advertising, email campaigns, and brochures. You will also manage customer CRM databases, manage brand campaigns with 3rd party suppliers, and support content for social media campaigns. Additionally, you will organize digital and print advertisement schedules and create artwork to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Creation of engaging copy for direct marketing collateral and e-newsletters
- Creation of content for email campaigns and planning the email marketing calendar
- Management of customer CRM databases
- Management of brand campaigns with 3rd party suppliers
- Support with content for social media campaigns
- Organization of digital and print advertisement schedules and creation of artwork to meet deadlines
- Support of the wider marketing team with the organization of events and trade shows/exhibitions
- General administrative tasks, including the coordination of marketing activities, brochure fulfillment, and data management
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of A level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial. Travel industry experience is highly desirable, as is at least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role. You will also need significant experience in managing email marketing campaigns, working on multiple projects and campaigns, and working to deadlines. Strong organization and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail, are essential. Experience of sourcing and editing imagery, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and Photoshop, are also required.
Additional InformationThis is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1-2 days in the office in Hampshire. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
