Marketing Coordinator

345 Technology, a leading integration partner, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Co-ordinator to support the Sales & Marketing Director in driving the company's brand internally and externally. This role will be responsible for providing data, research, and collateral to the Sales team, as well as working to support Microsoft and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the Sales & Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Plan, design, and execute internal and external events to ensure professional management and measurable ROI.
- Execute lead generation strategies, tracking their effectiveness and ensuring they achieve ROI.
- Maintain and enforce compliance with the 345 Technology brand guidelines.
- Design, create, and update all required marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Manage third-party suppliers for marketing materials, events, and other services.
- Support the Leadership team with internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure bids and proposals are on-brand and professionally presented.
- Maintain the 345 Technology website, including regular updates and SEO optimisation.
- Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports, analysing performance data from LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other sources.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design and content creation tools, such as Canva and WordPress.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Marketing Co-ordinator role will be based in the Winchester office, working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office with the option to work from home on Wednesday and Friday. The role is offered as a maternity cover contract for 9 months.
