**Salary**: 23k-25k plus excellent benefits including Pension, life insurance, health schemes to include optical/dental, income protection, childcare vouchers, 25 days annual holiday
Hours: 35 hour week, Mon -Thurs 9.00am -5.00pm and Fri 9.00am -2.00pm
**Job Purpose**
**The role**
- Processing product returns for Non-Conformance, Repair or Calibration
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers, in accordance with the Department objectives.
- Handle the day-to-day Returns Processing by working closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounting and Customer Service / Technical Support
**Ideal skills and experience**
- Proven related experience desired
- Experience as logistics and/or customer service professional
- Understanding and adherence to Support / Operations Best Practices is a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
- Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through to resolution
- MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary

- Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives
