Our client is a globally recognised leader in the automotive industry. They are one of the largest manufacturers of motorcycles in Europe. Due to team expansion, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work within their Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role to join an extremely impressive business in a contemporary office space with fantastic potential for career progression.

**Please note: The start date for this role is Monday 3rd July. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year, there is a potential it could go permeant afterwards. This is a full time role, working 8.45am to 5.15pm. The position is onsite, Monday to Friday.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Order processing, using SAP - this is to be done regarding the companies pre-ordering system, as well as placing additional orders.
- Monitor orders, changing and updating them as required.
- Processing credit notes and discounts.
- Provide dealers with credit notes, copies of invoices and solve basic accounting queries.
- Issue weekly availability lists and confirmed orders.
- Answer dealer and sales team enquiries
- Use the registration platform
- Use the forwarder platform
- Cover Sales Admin when needed.
- Cover Demonstrator database in absence

**Key Skills**
- Strong IT skills, familiar with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of using SAP
- Strong Organisational skills, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
