**Healthcare Benefits Administrator**
**Location**: Towcester / Remote
**Salary**: £Negotiable + Benefits

As we continue to grow we're looking to add to our Client Support team to ensure our clients receive the best service possible and we maintain our level of support to our client facing consultants.
We've been looking after our clients needs for over 25 years ensuring their team have access to Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plans, Travel Insurance, Health Screens and more.

**The day to day**:

- Providing first class administrative support to clients across our range of products
Supporting our Consultants, with preparation of reports for both new business and renewal cases
- Dealing with queries from clients (Individual and corporate)
- Proactively build relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Ensure all work is undertaken compliantly and accurately
- Assist with the management of the full life cycle of clients (New business, MTA's, Renewals)

**About you**:

- You'll ideally have strong administrative skills developed within a financial services or insurance organisation with working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Employee Benefits, Healthcare and Wellbeing products is highly desirable (required if wanting to work remotely)
- Able to attend team meetings (Towcester)
- A wider skill set that includes strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, stakeholder management and IT Skills
