**Introduction**
The Booking Administrator is responsible for the delivery of a range of high standard passenger related services. As such the Booking Administrator is expected to assist colleagues and senior staff in promoting and maintaining the ethos of ABILITY Northants.
The post holder will be accountable to the Office Manager.
ABILITY Northants is a Registered Community Interest Company and is managed by the board of Directors. The Board has a firm commitment to equal opportunities, volunteer involvement and a positive attitude towards staff training.
ROLE
- To respond to and process enquiries, journey requests and bookings, despatch, route plan and schedule transport.
- To liaise effectively with the Office Manager and Director as required.
- To provide general office administration and assist with post trip data management.
- To participate in the development and promotion of a range of Transport related Services.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: From £8,512.50 per year
