Office Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills and strong attention to detail?
This small friendly team who are based in beautiful offices near Cranleigh are looking for an additional person to join their company.
This is a busy role where you will be communicating with both customers and suppliers, some of your duties will include processing quotations, purchase orders, managing deliveries and keeping accurate records. There is a wide product range with varying product numbers so strong attention to detail is essential.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Sage or a similar package, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload.
Due to the beautiful, rural location you will need your own transport and free onsite parking is provided.
**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
