**Sales Support Administrator**

**Cranleigh, Office Based**

**£12 - £13 p/h**

**Required:Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:00PM**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Overview**:
An opportunity to join a well-established company based in Cranleigh, Guildford. The main focus of this role is to provide excellent sales support and customer service experience to ensure BDM(s) and customers are well looked after in order to maintain goodinternal and external customer relationships so that our client can protect and create future business.

**Daily Duties include**:

- Answer all incoming calls, directing them to the relevant person and taking messages when needed.
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
- Comply with fire safety, including coordinating staff fire drills.
- Greet all visitors/contractors and direct them to the correct point of contact.
- Assist with building contractors when onsite, coordinate effectively with the facilities department.
- Ensure visitors book is kept up to date completed, issue and record visitor's badges using Net2 Access Control.
- Assisting with the onboarding / offboarding of new staff members.
- Ordering of Office Supplies, PPE for warehouse, online orders when requested by authorised managers.
- Ensure daily outbound post is franked and ready for collection.
- Co-ordinate any staff events, coffee mornings, charity donations.
- Undertake such other Reception duties and responsibilities upon request.
