You will build strong, positive relationships with volunteers and volunteer leaders across the breadth of Trust activity. You will lead on volunteer recruitment, communications with volunteers, managing our volunteer database and delivering training to volunteer leaders, as well as promoting our volunteering offer to a range of audiences.
This role is a job-share, with your colleague leading the coordination of volunteering roles supporting our community engagement work, specifically Wildlife Watch and Local Group committees. You’ll work together to ensure a high quality and rewarding experience for all volunteers.

**Salary**:
The role is part time, working 22.5 hours per week which equates to £15,505.97 per annum (full time equivalent salary of £25,843.28). This role is one year fixed term (providing maternity cover).
**Location**:
Based at our office in Sneinton, Nottingham with the opportunity to work flexibly from home or other Trust offices. There will be also be regular travel to various locations throughout the county.
