At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier It’s a super exciting time to join us as we begin to deliver our Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) throughout the City of Nottingham, and we’re looking for an Adult Healthy Lifestyle Lead to join us

Our IHWS programme is designed to support individuals and families to improve their health behaviours and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle. The programme consists of five key services;
- Stop smoking support
- Tailored physical activity programmes
- Adult weight management _(this is where you come in)_
- Child/family weight management
- Health Coaching

Residents across the City of Nottingham will be able to benefit from a variety of our established pathways and products, including Gloji Groups. Gloji Groups is a 12 week weight loss programme, allowing eligible clients to benefit from group support and encouragement each week alongside our Gloji Lose Weight digital programme. As Adult Healthy Lifestyle Lead, you will be responsible for running the adult weight management pathway and managing a small team of Weight Management Practitioners.

A typical day as an **Adult Healthy Lifestyle Lead **might include:

- Closely monitoring the progress of the adult weight management programmes (Gloji Groups and Gloji Digital), reviewing performance against KPI’s and producing summary reports when required
- Taking on line management responsibility for a small team of Weight Management Practitioners, enabling them to carry out their roles effectively
- Forming part of Nottingham’s IHWS Management Team, working closely with the Head of Service and wider Child and Families Healthy Lifestyle and Physical Activity Leads, to focus on strategic and operational development
- Promoting our Gloji Groups and Gloji Move More pathways, and building effective working relationships with external partners such as primary and secondary care
- Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments - we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources
- Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance
- Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values

To work with us in this role you will need to have some experience of line management in the health sector and/or co-ordinating a health programme. We’re also looking for someone who has experience of supporting individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices through nutrition, physical activity or health coaching - a relevant qualification (such as Health Coaching or fitness instructing) would be a bonus
