**Job Title**: Helpdesk Administrator
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
As a help-desk administrator, you will work closely with the other team members, to ensure sure work is correctly planned, resourced and executed. I.e. carried out on time, and meeting the customer’s expectations.
- Assist with allocating work orders to a directly employed maintenance team and / or supply chain and site booking of engineer attendance
- Help with tracking job progress against pre-determined KPI’s including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.
- Assist with reporting back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion - produce and send job reports to our clients in a timely manner.
- Assist with uploading and amending asset information as held in the database
- Operating paper-based systems as necessary to compliment the operating software, including back-up systems.
- General administration duties as and when required.
- Any other duties required to ensure an effective and efficient help-desk service is delivered in accordance with Ashdale ISO management systems and Quality Control procedures.
- Assist with creating and managing purchase orders for suppliers
- Assist with coordinating delivery and dispatch of goods
- Assist with invoicing activities in the Service Department
- General office duties including answering the telephone, CRM updating system, filing,postal duties and ensuring relevant correspondence is processed for customers.
- Your aim will be to provide excellent levels of customer service, leaving customers happy and leading to repeat business.
This is an office-based collaborative role, working within the team including the Service Administration Manager, Team Leaders and Directors.
**Qualifications**
As an Administrator, you will need good verbal skills and be able to communicate effectively aurally and by written communications. A friendly and approachable manner will be vital,. You must be willing to learn and develop new skills.
Essential: Minium GSCE in Maths & English ( B ) or Equivalent NVQ L3. suitable demonstration of experience may be considered.
Must be able to pay attention to detail, have good spelling and literacy skills to ensure customer reports are correctly presented.
English : Must be Fluent
