E-Commerce Content Executives at Net World Sports play an integral part in helping us provide an industry-leading online user experience to our customers. **THE ROLE**:

- Manage all aspects of product listings; create engaging product descriptions and combine these with images, videos and reviews to build accurate and exciting content to drive online sales and company performance
- Monitor and improve the trading performance of your portfolio across our range of websites and external platforms; analyse KPI’s (sales data, website traffic, user engagement) to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate effectively with other Departments (Marketing, PPC, SEO, Translation, Visual, Sales, Products) to ensure our sites are accurate, standardised and offer an unbeatable user experience
- Utilise project management systems to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time, maintaining a high degree of detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Conduct market research (competitor activity, industry trends, new technologies) and make suggestions on new strategies and areas for development to enhance our online performance

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SHOW US**:

- 1 year experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
- High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel and Outlook
- Understanding of current E-Commerce trends and best practices
- Experience with Magento 1 and/or Magento 2 (Desirable)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central/eBay & other global marketplaces (Desirable)
