**Introduction to Role**:
As an International Marketing Executive at Charles Owen, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various marketing activities aimed at promoting our brand and products on a global scale. Reporting into the Head of Product & Brand Development, your role will involve managing international partnerships, organising events, coordinating social media efforts, and working closely with sales teams to achieve targets.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Managing International Sponsored Riders**:
Oversee sponsored riders and their orders

Leverage these partnerships to enhance brand exposure internationally

**International Trade and Consumer Shows**:
Project manage and organise participation in international trade and consumer shows

**International Social Media Management**:
Manage international social media channels

Create compelling content when necessary to engage international audiences

**Retailer Marketing Strategy and Support**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for international retailers

Provide point-of-sale (POS) support and conduct website audits

**International Retailer Visits**:
Travel internationally to visit and support international retailers

**Video and Photoshoots**:
Coordinate and execute international video shoots and photoshoots

**Partnerships and Advertising**:
Liaise with international partners, magazines, and digital advertisers

Book advertising space for upcoming campaigns

**Catalogues and Packaging**:
Manage international catalogues and packaging materials

Coordinate translation of marketing materials as needed

**International Retailer Communications**:
**Meetings and Collaboration**:
Conduct regular meetings and calls with international representatives, agents, and internal staff

Focus on action items raised during sales meetings with specific regions (e.g., NL, FR, BE)

**Collaboration with Sales Team**:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with international sales targets and objectives

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field preferable

Proven experience in marketing and brand management

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to travel internationally as required

Familiarity with the equine industry is advantageous

This role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving international brand growth.
