Motor Claims Coordinator

To provide an excellent first notification of loss service to all clients and support for our first party claims handling team with focus on getting it right first time. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, talented and looking to further their career within Claims Consortium Group.
**Location**: Northampton
**Salary**: £20,500 - £23,000 DOE (Pro Rata)
**Working hours**: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Provide an excellent administration function for motor claims services and take responsibility for the overall FNOL claims process.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to our first party claims handling team, to include liaising with our network to ensure files are kept up to date.
- Understands the weekly/monthly demands of both teams and how this affects overall financial performance of the company.
- Maintain a professional manner when liaising with policyholders, clients, suppliers and other third parties if required
- Actively seeks to develop oneself and takes responsibility for own training and development.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- FNOL/Administration experience ideally in an insurance claims environment.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- IT Skills especially in using MS Office.
