Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver projects from start to finish to ensure that the efforts of our volunteers have a meaningful impact on people living with and affected by Motor Neurone Disease.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver volunteer projects that align with our organisational goals, collaborating with internal teams to gather project requirements and develop helpful project plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of our volunteer projects, implementing effective systems to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners, bringing together the right people and resources to advance our volunteering initiatives at both local and national levels.
Requirements:
  • Experience in people-focused project management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers, staff, and external partners.
  • Highly organised, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
  • Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships, with the ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing project needs.
