Volunteering Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Volunteer Project Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our volunteering opportunities and ensuring that our diverse range of volunteers have a rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver projects from start to finish to ensure that the efforts of our volunteers have a meaningful impact on people living with and affected by Motor Neurone Disease.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver volunteer projects that align with our organisational goals, collaborating with internal teams to gather project requirements and develop helpful project plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our volunteer projects, implementing effective systems to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, bringing together the right people and resources to advance our volunteering initiatives at both local and national levels.
- Experience in people-focused project management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers, staff, and external partners.
- Highly organised, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships, with the ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing project needs.
- 28 days holiday, rising to 33 days after 5 years' service, plus Bank Holidays.
