Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking to hire a Process Improvement Specialist, who will break down operational processes in detail, and work between warehouse operations, project management and IT to support the implementation of Lineage preferred warehouse management systems.
Regular and sustained travel to our locations across the UK should be expected. Some travel to the US/ across Europe for training and learning may be required.
**Who we are looking for**
You will be an expert in warehouses processes; and you will use your expertise to support the warehouse operation onsite by developing and delivering training; and helping to stabilise the new warehouse solution.
You will help managers and other specialist colleagues in the development of a fit for purpose operational ‘playbook' but will also enjoy using your experience to help others learn and be successful.
You will play an important role in implementing new warehouse management system; this means having strong operational expertise; but also, an ability to communicate with our stakeholders at all levels across the business.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience of documenting and improving warehouse processes
- To be able to work with stakeholders to understand ways of operating and identify opportunities to improve things
- To enjoy and be able to train people
- Good at inviting, receiving and acting on feedback
- Capability to seek opportunity beyond the immediate role, pro-actively problem solving & ideating across multiple operational functions
- Able to demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset
