After a meeting this afternoon i am delighted to share that we are working in partnership with a Global Transportation business to recruit the following and can be based in the Heywood area.
- Freight Operations - IMPORT (AIR AND OCEAN)
- Heywood
- £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

**Responsibilities**
- Handling customs clearances accurately and timely.
- Liaising with internal teams (both UK and international) & external suppliers to ensure on time delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipping documents, invoices and related paperwork.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they have the up-to-date status of all movements.
- Invoicing in a timely and precise manner, including processing purchase invoices and immediate payments.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensuring admin tasks are kept up to date.
