Spares Inventory Controller

As part of the Spares Team, you will be part of a fast paced, responsive and innovative environment.
The Canon UK Inventory Controllers support a workforce of 300+ field engineers and stock placements across the UK and Ireland.
The team manage the supply, stock holding and return of spare parts and support services to enable our service operations to provide excellent customer satisfaction and retention whilst maintaining budgetary controls.
This is an office-based role using a PC with generic and proprietary software systems

**What we ask**:
As a Spares Inventory Controller, you will possess the following skills and expertise;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Customer handling and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excel - confident at generating pivot tables.
**You will need**:
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Outlook.
- Proficient in MS Excel and advanced skills beneficial.
- Self-motivated individual who is confident dealing with people at all levels.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
Excellent organizational skills.
- Remains calm under pressure and able to prioritise tasks and activities effectively.
- Capacity to work in a fast paced customer focused service environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in verbal, written communication and data entry tasks.

Salary - £21,435-£22,625 + 5% Bonus scheme
