**Overall Purpose of Job**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting cleansing of cooler units, whilst supporting associated delivery services.
- Deliver accurate reporting of stock and maintain stock levels to ensure great customer outcomes
- Efficiently load and unload vehicles based on customer requirements to ensure all jobs are completed within SOT

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Working with the Branch Operations Manager:
- Unload and verify accurate inventory counts when receiving products by both truck and Maxi
- Unload and load warehouse stock and trucks using safe warehouse practices utilizing a forklift, pallet jack and hand task methods
- Sort, Label and put stock away based upon established inventory procedures
- Accurately pull orders from existing inventory stock to ship orders to customers
- Perform Physical inventory daily, weekly and monthly to ensure accurate stock counts
- Occasionally lift 20kg bottles of water throughout duration of shift
- Provides direct supervision to all warehouse personnel, ensuring H&S is always adhered to
- Support HACCP internal audits and complete regular self-audits to ensure regulatory standards are adhered to at all times
- Ensure adequate supplies are maintained for warehouse order fulfilment operations
- Work with Supply chain and production to ensure all are aligned on upcoming task, working effectively to ensure that customer SLAs are met
- Ensure that the branch environment is clean, safe and well organised at all times.
- Ensure 95% of scheduled sanitisation and technical service is completed on time, whilst supporting delivery of water and associated services where appropriate.
- Ensure customer equipment is sanitised to contractual requirements in line with WHA guidelines and company standards.
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded at the time of completion. Obtain customer signatures and authenticate completion of works with photographs in line with procedural guidance.
- Understand service metrics and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Contribute to a minimum of 40% NPS score each month and review/address any negative survey responses in a timely manner.
- All operational activity should be conducted in line with company standards and management will perform daily, weekly audits whilst targeting 100% compliance.
- Ensure vehicle is stocked with the correct amount of product whilst following defined stock control measures including completion of accurate, timely load sheets and the reporting of damaged stock.
- Ensure appropriate driving behaviours are consistently adhered to and vehicle standards are met and maintained. Vehicle to be cleaned as required with faults immediately escalated to Service Centre Management team.

**Profile**
- 3-5 years of work experience in warehousing
- Overseeing and enforcing safety standards for the facility
- Forklift license a must
- Understanding our warehouse software, the key measurements of the warehouse
- Strong ability to follow fair and reasonable instruction.
- Strong collaborator in team environment.
- Good communicator on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Sound working knowledge of company’s operating processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Driven to deliver exceptional levels of service to customers and internal colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Report to Branch Operations Manager after completion of working day.
- Flexible working to ensure we maximise all identified strategic opportunities.
- This role may require occasional travel and overnight stays.
