**Job summary**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and organised person to join our busy Talent and Learning team as Talent and Learning Coordinator. Companies House is a great place to work and we’d love you to come and join us

In this newly created role of Talent and Learning Coordinator, you’ll provide comprehensive coordination for key projects, programmes, and initiatives, and support the smooth running of our Talent & Learning team. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive environment where you’ll have opportunities to broaden your understanding of all things learning and talent and interact with colleagues at all levels across the organisation. **Job description**:

- Oversee the smooth running of Talent and Learning programmes and activities and delegate tasks as appropriate to the Talent and Learning Administrator, ensuring all administrative, budget tracking and payment processes are followed.
- Effectively line manage the Talent and Learning Administrator, ensuring they are fully guided and supported.
- Ensure internal or external venues are booked and are set up appropriately for face-to-face learning delivery, with all necessary resources, to ensure a positive, professional experience for both facilitators and learners.
- Liaise with internal colleagues, external providers, and Government Campus, answering queries in a timely way and addressing any issues or complaints.
- Monitor attendance levels at learning events, ensuring accurate attendance registers are taken and information shared with other Talent & Learning team colleagues.
- Compile the monthly Talent & Learning Dashboard with training and evaluation data, suggesting ideas for improvements and monitor and drive completion of evaluation feedback forms.
- Take lead responsibility for the organisation and upkeep of our digital Team files and continuous improvement of admin processes.
- Oversee coordination and delivery of the Induction programme and ‘Big Welcome’ event, welcoming attendees and introducing speakers.
- Support internal Apprentices, their line managers and qualification providers ensuring that qualifications are achieved within the necessary timeframes and apprentices are offered a range of learning opportunities to help advance their careers.
- Liaise with the Internal Communications team to ensure that all central learning events are effectively promoted in advance, using the appropriate mediums, ensuring alignment with other initiatives and activities across the organisation.
- Take lead responsibility for general upkeep of learning management systems - uploading new content, administering starters/leavers/movers and creating reports.
- Ensure that mandatory learning is effectively communicated to staff and leaders at the relevant intervals.
