Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our dynamic team in the audio-visual industry as an

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:
Prepare and organize important documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist the accounts team with data input

Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance.

Oversee the office environment and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with various teams to help ensure project deadlines are met.

Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and project-related events.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the directors.

Assist in gathering and organizing project-related data and materials.

Communication and Liaison:
Act as a liaison between the directors and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the directors.

Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.

Travel and Event Management:
Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for the directors.

Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

Coordinate event logistics, such as venues, catering, and technical requirements.

Administrative Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Implement and maintain organizational systems and procedures.

Proactively handle administrative tasks to alleviate the director's workload.

Requirements & Experience:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.

Previous work in the audio-visual industry is a strong advantage.

Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Ability to learn new software and CRM tools

Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Problem-Solving:
Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges.

Adaptability to handle unexpected situations.

Audio-Visual Knowledge:
Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and industry trends. (this can be taught)

Flexibility:
Willingness to work occasional extended hours or weekends, especially during project peak times or events.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
