We are looking for a Quality Support Lead to join our dynamic team.

The Quality Support Lead will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager with the day to day operations of the care home and leading on the quality monitoring, reporting and indicators.

The successful applicant will be/have:

- Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults)
- Previous experience of working in a supervisory or management level role in a care home environment.
- Ambitious and passionate about delivering good quality care.
- Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals

**What you’ll be doing**:

- As a Quality Support Lead you will support the Home Manager to implement company policies and procedures. Ensure audits are carried out, care plans are reviewed and action plans are addressed in line with company policy and procedures.
- You will be supporting the Home Manager with the systems and processes necessary for ensuring the home is managed efficiently and appropriately.
- Supporting the Home Manager to address HR related aspects, conducting investigations and dealing with complaints.
- You will work closely with the clinical/therapy team to address compliance concerns, address HR related aspects and carrying out investigations and dealing with complaints.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation and the CQC National Minimum Standards and legal frameworks i.e. DOLS & MCA.
- Providing hands on leadership support for the LSF team. Working on the floor to help mentor and provide support to the LSF team.
- Completing staff competencies and supervisions and mentoring new staff to ensure they are integrated as part of the team.
