**Hybrid - Monday and Friday will be working from Home**

**£24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience**

Our client is a highly successful and innovative Ed-Tech company who are expanding across the globe. They are a friendly and approachable team who value integrity, compassion, adaptability and dedication.

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Customer Support Advisor / Administrator to support the wider team.

**Key responsibilities for the Administrator / Customer Service Advisor**
- Ensuring excellent service and the delivery of department KPI’s.
- Administrative tasks where required to support the executive team and wider team
- Managing the day-to-day customer inquiries
- Answering the phone
- Liaising with the different departments within the company
- Inputting information to the sales CRM and customer support system
- Arranging travel arrangements where required
- Organising meetings for the executive team if required

**Essential Skills**:

- Communication - Quality written and verbal communication and confident over the phone and via video link
- Organisation - Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Problem Solving - Critical thinking, creativity, and well-reasoned judgment when solving problems.
- Networking - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport to develop and maintain valued internal networks cross-departmentally.
- Self-Motivated - A self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Professionalism - trustworthy, polite, and reliable when interacting unsupervised with clients.
