Pertemps are proud to have partnered with a 3rd party logistics provider, part of a larger Group.
The sector of the business we are working with provides transportation and warehousing solutions to their customers.
The business unit our client works in is Retail and Consumer which is all things you'd find in the supermarkets with big brands in their warehouse such as Colgate's, William and Grants and SC Johnson that own cleaning brands like glade and Mr Muscle.
Pertemps are recruiting a Customer Services Administrator on a permanent basis for our client based in the Worksop area of Sheffield, our client has developed a new transport system which has gone live in 4 of their sites in the network so far.
A new system has been created to give better visibility across sites and improve the communication so Pertemps are recruiting people to help support the implementation of the system, aligning the new and the old system and ensuring sites are completing tasksthat they need to ensure the system remains functional.- One of the new pieces of work that has come out of the system is De-briefing.
- This is now vital to the system in ensuring that internal and external subcontractors are paid for the work they do for our client and therefore Pertemps require people that are good with data and confident on the phone that can clear down all outstandingdebriefs and ensure that sub-hauliers are meeting KPIs set out by the company and ensuring POD's come back in a coherent and timely manner.
- The administrator is the responsible for the cataloguing, scanning and storing of this paperwork so that it can then be utilised by the customer service and debrief teams, and further then allows payments to be processed on invoice by the finance team.
The roles are Permanent opportunitiesand overtime can be earned for weekend work.
The role is based on a rota basis of working 5 out of 7 days Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week.
The shifts are based on : 10-6, 8-4 or 6-2
