**Part Time Receptionist £12 ph**

This successful well established Business Services company are looking for a part time receptionist to work 5 afternoons a week as a Receptionist at one of their Serviced office properties.

**Part Time Receptionist - What will I be doing?**
- Hours are 1.30pm - 5.45pm Monday to Friday
- Answering calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors
- Handling incoming post and deliveries for clients
- Franking post for clients
- Preparing the Boardroom for meetings
- Keeping records of maintenance & contractors visits
- General admin duties for the manager
- Locking and securing the building at the end of the day

**Part time Receptionist - What experience do I need?**
- Ideally you will have worked as a receptionist in a corporate environment previously - you need to be well presented & friendly, and be flexible to cover shifts at short notice in the event of sickness etc.
- You will be taking phone calls for a variety of businesses so must be well organised and diligent when it comes to taking messages and supporting the different clients. You will need excellent communication skills.

**Part time Receptionist - Additional Information**

Pay is £12 per hour. There is also the requirement to cover full time in the holidays as and when required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
