Overview:
If you relish effectively managing relationship with key clients from within the Pension administration world, and you're looking for a new challenge and to be a part of an organisation that is continuing to grow and thrive in the current market, then we have an ideal role for you

This role focusses on acting as a key, senior-level partner to a number of top clients that we administer the Pension schemes for. You'll be looking to understand these clients' needs and strategic short-and-long term objectives, and offering effective solutions to support these, co-inciding with all of the services that Gallagher offers. This role will also hold the responsibility for the line management, professional development and succession planning of Client Relationship Managers.

We're flexible in terms of location. We have teams in Ipswich, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol, and ideally you'd be comfortable travelling to these sites - and to client meetings - on a somewhat frequent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of agreed client expectations.
- Delivery of commercial contract obligations.
- Support client strategy (short & long term) ensuring all clients have account plans that are regularly reviewed (no more than 3 months) to identify further opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, ensuring papers are issued in a timely fashion and in the agreed format.
- Lead on instructions of services into the delivery team, including any decisions or actions from client meetings.
- Manage client escalation process and ensure all relevant stakeholders are made aware of issues and updated appropriately.
- Lead on retenders and contract extensions for relevant clients, ensuring these are managed in a timely fashion with support as required from the bid teams.
- Actively manage and resolve claims and commercial issues with the support of the commercial and legal teams as appropriate.
- Deliver client communications (products, services and the Gallagher brand).
- Support operations through active and accountable client management, communicating operational changes to clients and gaining buy in/permission where required.
- Ensure that management and delivery of all services to key clients is carried out effectively and that propositions to grow portfolios are successfully taken to clients as relevant.

Qualifications:
Ideally seeking individuals that are APMI qualified and have 15+ years experience of operating in the UK Pension scheme administration industry.
