**Location: Paisley, Hybrid office and home**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Salary: £20,253 per annum pro rata**

**Why does this role matter?**

You’ll be crucial in facilitating the smooth running of the procurement team at the British Red Cross. You’ll complete a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Corporate Procurement team in data collection and information gathering for reporting as well as the procurement systems management.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Reporting - Support with reporting by working with Specialist and Senior Specialist quarterly to gather required data from other teams and support in communicating the Procurement Dashboard quarterly.

**What we're looking for...**
- Analytical Skills & fluency in Excel
- Administration skills and experience, ideally in procurement or logistics
- Strong organisation and proactive work ethic
- Keen to learn and develop in the team
