**Customer Success Representative**
Team spirit and commitment to the business success are key factors to increase the sales efficiency and lead us to sustainable profitable growth. Compressor Technique Service division is constantly looking for ways to increase the value of its products and services and deliver the best customer experience. In line with this strategy, we are looking for a customer success representative that will play a key role engaging with contracted customers, strengthening relationships and increasing the customer share.
**The role**:
- Call/visit customers in a regular basis to understand it's business, processes and build solid relationships.
- Work to achieve 100% connected machines in the compressor room and make sure that customers are registered in Smartlink.
- Work to achieve 100% serviced machines in the compressor room.
- Find new business opportunities, upselling, cross selling and climbing the service ladder.
- Monitor the uptime of the contracted machines and create an action plan to keep it in the highest levels.
- Increase the customer satisfaction and NPS levels.
- Use C4C to manage calls, leads, opportunities, customer base and activities.
- Work together with the sales engineers, building customer-oriented proposals.
**To succeed you will need**:
- 2 years experience in sales, marketing or related roles
- Ability to handle medium-complex calculations
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to create long lasting relationships and rapport
- Capable of facing and overcoming objections
