Grundfos Manufacturing are looking for a Warehouse Management Co-ordinator to join the Supply Chain team based at our manufacturing site in Sunderland.

In this role will be responsible for the creation of the Warehouse Management module in SAP, which dictates how we move product around our warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

**Other tasks include**:

- Work across the organisation and coordinate tasks
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business.
- Follow up on deliveries and processes.
- Initiate and coordinate activities and projects that actively engage employees across the unit.
- Create an overview of and maintain the communication platform to ensure easy access to information for all stakeholders in the organization.
- Ensure the optimal flow of goods through the factory to support production processes and the achievement of key performance targets and site objectives.
- Maintain master data and support Warehouse Management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely input of information.
- Ensure the systems put in place deliver what is required through ongoing training, support and development of warehouse management knowledge to a range of stakeholders.
- Deliver effective stock management, which improves flow to line.
- Involved in cyclical counting of stock, developing and improving processes and investigating any stock discrepancies through to resolution.
- Carry out root cause analysis into stock movement (COGI) errors and take necessary actions to correct.
- Expedite component part orders to support the transfer or sale of component parts to Grundfos sister companies or customers.
- Participate in Grundfos Production System initiatives/activities

**What experience and qualifications are we looking for?**
- Working knowledge and experience using SAP WM
- Confident in use of Microsoft packages
- Vocational Certificate, Associate Degree or equivalent many years of work experience in similar role.
- Experience driving well-defined processes within Administration and Business Support.
- Technical, functional and professional:

- Ability influence others and follow processes.
- Some experience supporting key business initiatives.

This role will be based onsite at our manufacting facility in Castletown, full time
- 37 hour week, Monday to Friday (flexi time).
