This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced community project manager with full lifecycle experience to step into an incredibly rewarding and varied role with our inspirational organisation.

The Role
As a Community Hub Leader, you will support the development of the STEFs Community Hub.
Working with our residents and the wider local community, you will deliver our vision of an integrated community and comprehensive services. These include family support, holiday provision, volunteering, youth mentoring, employability and NEET prevention.
Seeking to grow our community movement, you will plan and co-ordinate the Community Hub plan, building partnerships and supporting strategic development.
You will also build and develop the Hub team, engaging with staff, volunteers and community workers and driving our ethos.
This is an exciting chance to utilise your entrepreneurial flair to develop the Hub and play a vital role in the next phase of its development.
About You
To be considered as a Community Hub Leader, you will need or be willing to learn:
- Experience leading community delivery and growing projects from start-up phase
- Experience working with young people
- The ability to innovatively use resources and budget management to maximise funding
- Knowledge and understanding of community work and its potential for raising standards
- A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
