Job Description

At NHS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Community Hub Programme Lead. This position plays a crucial part in the implementation of the Community Mental Health Transformation (CMHT) Programme. Reporting directly to the ICB Portfolio Manager, you will lead the delivery of this project, ensuring seamless integration with local stakeholders and communities.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of mental health services, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee the implementation of Community Hubs across designated PCN areas.
  2. To foster collaboration between healthcare providers, Primary Care, Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations (VCSO), and other key stakeholders.
  3. To manage day-to-day operations, including line management of an administrator.
  4. To develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify potential risks.
